Evap System - Check Engine Light 850 1994

Great info...thanks! My fault code (A2 socket, code 3-1-5, EVAP system fault) was different than that for EVAP valve fault (5-4-1) or EVAP valve signal (3-1-3), and the charcoal canister was not saturated with fuel odors, so I don't think it's the high fuel level scenario, but I will stay a few litres under full until I get this bug. To be certain, I will follow up on the EVAP valve and the filter and replace them to be certain. The rollover check valve is an excellent lead. I did not know one existed on this car, but I am already reviewing how much work it may be to drop the tank and check that. I'll submit to the EVAP test at the dealer if my efforts fail. I am inclined to do this stuff myself so I know what has been done, and how. I've built a few street rods along the way, but am new to OBD-II. Thanks again for the guidance!
