I have a bad rattle that started about a week ago it is in the right front suspension some where. The sound is definitly something hitting something else.
the sound is made only when I am not accellerating and is of course worse on bumpy roads than on smooth roads. i had both tires off the front end last weekend and could see anything obvious like the brakes or tie rods or anti sway bar end links.
I have seen recent posts about upper strut mounts and coil spring mounts. is there a way to determine without removing the strut and spring that this is the problem.
anything else i should look at to narrow down the noise?
thanks for the help.
