HELP: Problem with alarm S70 1998

In order to trace the problem I've:
* measured the battery voltage (12,5V - 24 hrs after last run (and alarm triggered for a few times))
* verified that the alarm only arms itself after all doors/bonnet/trunck are correctly closed (even if I lock the car using the remote with the bonnet open, all doors are closed and only when the bonnet is closed the alarm is armed)
* saw that if I stay in the car with the alarm set, the alarm will trigger. The LED will blink very quickly until I turn the ignition to position II - which didn't happend when it faultly triggered
