Electrical Problems????? Anyone else having them C70

The hazard switch relay is also used for the turn signals. It is
known to fail. I believe you can pull the radio to get at it
(I assume it is behind the hazard switch).

You could search on "hazard relay" in the search field (below right)
to find more postings on this topic.

I have not heard of the dome light related to the steering column
position.
