First Check Engine Light S40-V40 2001

Jim, Get your car into the dealership for the software upgrade. That usually fixes it. If that doesn't work I would suggest it is probably a vaccum tube that isn't sealed correctly or is split (This happens in areas where it gets really cold or really hot with dry air). Ask them to look over the vaccum tubes and seal any leaks they find. Since it is still under warranty it is definitely worth while.
