A few basic questions S70

Ok I have a 98 S70 T5M, and a few questions.

What kind of oil and how much should I use? Isn't there something about the oil gasket? I should replace it with what kind? Any other basic shit like that I should know? This is my first oil change on this car and I don't wanna mess anything up. I know its simple but I think its better to ask than f up.

What are the widest tires I can mount on the stock 16 in rims that came with the car? I have those turbo ones with the twist. I like them but the 205's are too skinny. I am lowering my car in the springtime, so there will be about 1.5in less, if anyone has experience with this.

What other suspension upgrade should I do besides the springs. The brace or sway bars?
