Steering or suspension problem?? 850

Just purchased a 97 850 wagon with 120k km

I've noticed that when you start moving after being stationary you can "feel" a soft but distinct click in the steering wheel - there is no audible sound associated with it .

Also it is the same whether you accelerate gently or hard

Any suggestions on what may be the cause?
