Replacing the timing belt V70-XC70

The 99 has a mechanical tensioner and the interval is 105K.
The mechanical tensioner was introduced in mid 98 (some late
98s have it).

A TSB at alldatadiy.com describes the replacement. I would
let a dealer do this job since you have to vary the setup
based on air temperature.

TIme wise, I think it should be close to the existing design
and people report $250 to $300 for replacement (including parts).
