Adding a 'door ajar' indicator? 850

Thanks for suggestion, guys.

The dome light obviously didn't work 'cause I plain missed it. If I had the sense to check the dome light, I'd turn around and visually check, instead.

I'm looking for something more obvious like a light on the dash that I never miss, or a 'ding, ding' bell sound that driver's door makes when open with keys in the ignition.

I know, I probably won't ever leave the doors open now that it happened TWICE already, but wouldn't hurt to have something to back me up.

I wonder if it's easy to wire-or all four doors for that 'ding, ding...' sound.
