struts/shocks go from anywhere 50k~100k.
engine(3 of them i believe)/strut/shock mounts need replace 40k~70k.
make sure new rotors and pads r in (stick with oem if u wanna minize squeal).
have tranny flushed by 70k.
aircon is ready to go by 70k, usually just needs to be recharged.
make sure belt is replaced.
make note of rattles and creaks in interior by driving in really lousy road.
engine and turbo (or w/o turbo) r usually fairly durable.
sunroof is prone to rattle.
suspension may have rattles creaping in.
some of the sensors may need replacement, like MAF or O2...
there should be service bulletin for the transmission pnp switch
trip computer (if there is one) may need new switch, as many have "disc" displayed
and make sure test drive it =).
