Haynes S70 UK version is the only one I know of. IDP sells it if you don't want to deal with currency exchange rates and such. Volvo sells a lot of manuals for various components of the S70 but it would cost over $1000 for the whole lot. I bought one about a year ago and it was great for changing the serpentine belt and brake pads on my 1998 S70. You may find one on ebay.
