Thank you Chris! I sure hope that the NEW brake pedal position sensor is of a more robust design , if indeed mine is defective, because this car is only 10 months old and has a mere 9,567 miles on it ! sounds like I'll be in for a bit of a wait for that new part. Thanks again Chris for the information. I really appreciate it, this is my first Volvo and I don't know much about them but I am finding out that they are much more complicated than a Ford.
Ford's I know, Volvo's are cloaked in mystery.
