Help with Keyless Entry 850 1997

You probably need a new alarm horn. As for the remote, sometimes they can be repaired easily. Pop the case open and clean the contact surface of the circuit board with rubbing aclhohol, and reassemble. Most of the time they start working properly after cleaning. Or replace it.
