Misfire Codes 850 1994

They're both misfire codes. 451 is a misfire in #1 cyl and other just confirms it (general misfire code).
Re-check all the hoses, vac lines, etc that you worked with before if it was running OK before as something's not connected correctly, if at all. The misfire codes could be caused by a major vacuum leak which is what it sounds like from your description.
