odometer 850

Reset the trip while driving. Sometimes the gear gets jammed. If the odometer still is broken, chances are you have a broken odometer gear. They run about $40 and you can replace it yourself if you have the time to pull out the instrument cluster (See volvospeed.com) otherwise, you can take it to a dealer, but a new odometer assembly will cost you about $250, not including labor.
