Performance upgrades 850 1995

Double check the IPD numbers at www.ipdusa.com. The HP numbers are
about the same as pes. The IPD ECU (they don't like to call it
chipping since they re-program; they don't solder in a chip socket and
a new chip) is from TME. You can see their web page at www.tme.com for
more info on chip tuning. (IPD is TME U.S. distributer).

Disclaimer: My 98 S70 T5 is stock and I have not chipped it. If I did,
I'd go with IPD since I've been very satisfied with all my previous
purchases from them.
