Any particular reason you disconnected those? I hope you disconnected your battery first...
At any rate, try clearing all the codes in your A1 (transmssion socket)...and if that dosn't cure it unplug the battery for at least 10 minutes and hope that something will reset (if nothing is damaged). A code clear should remove that error unless it were to reoccur (IE something is actually broken, like the ECU or TCU)
