Rust proofing 850

I think from 1987 on (maybe 1986) all Volvos have a fair amount of rust proofing. I know that the 850 has certain points on the chassis that are rustproofed. Much like Kevin, I've never seen an 850 (that wasn't wrecked) with any rust, and I live in Upstate New York (one of the salt capitals of the world, like WI I'm sure =) Just make sure the underside of your car is nice and clean before winter starts. There was a theard earlier about different opinions for washing the underside of your car in the winter (or not) recently.
