DIY A/C service - low side port acess and nominal pressure?

Where is the low side port on a 1998 S70 and at what pressure should the low side run? As best I can figure the port is the one by the front right fenderv(passenger side of a US-spec car).

Any gotchas before I add a shot of refrigerant to the system?
