How to report about ABS/TRACS controller to NHTSA

Fill out the form at http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/problems/ivoq/default.htm

I had to go back and correct a couple things, such as failure date has to be AFTER the purchase date (duh). But I was able to report my situation, though it was about a year ago.

This IS a potentially dangerous situation as 1) ABS is safer than normal, and 2) braking strategies become habitual and in an emergency one might not remember that the ABS isn't working this afternoon, or 3) it might fail without adequate warning the minute they're required.

Maybe if they had enough reports about this....anyway, just do it!
