Im not using my real name as i dont want to be disliked but i have asked questions on this board and seem to get either no responses or silly answers.This question is to see how knowledgeable you all are about your volvo's

Q) I have a 801 head unit with a cd-changed using an rf modulator to feed the audio to the head unit.

what i want to know is does anyone know the pin designations for the din connectors on the back of the head unit.I want to connect an external amp to the back and am not sure what one's are compatible. Also the cd din should have a couple if pins for audio in that i can use for direct input.

I want to know this as i want to keep the same head unit but upgrade the speakers and power output.I am also wanting to connect an mp3 player but dont want to use cassette adapters/rf modulators.
