Side - rearview mirror installation S80

I am considering replacing my US spec side rear view mirrors with the S80 part#
9203118 LH and 9203124 RH Euro mirrors. Does anyone know, or have access to the installation procedure. I assume the main trick is getting the mirror housing apart without scratching paint of breaking something important. I also assume the Euro mirrors will bolt, screw or whatever as a direct replacement. Any information is appreciated. ajm
