Loud 'CHAAAAAANG' noise from right rear! Help! AWD V70-XC70 1998

In last week I've had a loud noise come from what sounds like the right rear wheel area. It happened both times I drove over a low spot in the road. Once was a rr track the second a recessed drain. Both times I was driving slowly less than 5mph and then accelerated. Is this a suspension issue or an awd issue? Any help ideas?
