1997 Volvo 850R wagon brake problems...I need your help!

Volvospeed -

I followed up with an alternate shop to check the torque settings on the 17" wheels of my '97 850R wagon...the other shop that balanced and did the 4-wheel alignment set the lugs at a comfortable 115-lbs. Gee, I wonder why my new rotors feel warped? Should be at 81-lbs, right?

Hey, could you expand on the 2 plane dynamic balance. What is that?
