My daughter made up a simple spreadsheet on Excel that plots all the 5,000 mile intervals for an 850 across the top, and the various services down the side.

Whenever something is maintained or repaired the date and milage can be entered in the approproiate place, then you count ahead the proper interval, such as 30,000 miles, and put the word "DUE" in the appropriate box.

This allows you to see what must be done, when.
