That trouble code is actually for "fuel adaption out of range." As per Alldata's online service, it's usually caused by a faulty mass air flow sensor, a vacuum/boost leak, an exaust leak, or an improper oil level or oil contamination. In my case, it was the faulty sensor, which was replaced under warranty, after I diagnosed it with my OBDII checker after the dealer screwed up on three prior service attempts.
