Hello:

The washer pump works for the rear window but not for the windshield or headlights. I found what looks like a vent hose off on what looks like a filter. I put it back on but still no fluid at the windshield or headlights. There are what look like little blow off valves in line under the hood liner and up under the grille. Fluid does come out of them when operating the pump.

Any help would be greatly appriciated,
