Window switch is intermittent... How do I get to it to clean contacts? 850 1997

I did this several weeks ago. The switch comes out from the bottom, so you have to remove the console. Cleaning the contacts likely won't be practical, at least it wasn't in my case (the previous owner spilled a soft drink or something down into the switches). You have to buy the whole assembly, which includes a fairly extensive wiring harness. The dealers ask about $170 for the assembly.
