PES Chip vs IPD Chip

I've heard great things about the GIAC chip, but PES didn't impress me. It was kind of like those guys at a stereo or camera mail order wharehouse where he was ready to take my order and he didn't really have time to answer my questions. So because of their reputation and reliability I went with IPD!
I got the Power Pack and I now have a perma-grin everytime I get in the car!
