Is anyone currently using an Upsolute chip? If so , do you like? 850 1995

Some questions you might ask and get answers for in writing:

Will the chipped car pass a smog test? (If you need to)

Will the ECU start setting codes and Check Engine lights?

Will you still have use of your transmission's mode function? Winter, Sport, Economy? (If it's an auto and it' of concern to you)

The price does sound a bit on the low side. With all the diagnostics and monitoring the ECU is doing, I'd be a little skeptical about how well engineered this upgrade is.
