battery problem? 850

just checking becouse my alarm horn/and others do not work, we just get flashing lights. It seems that the problem with mine is the Screw that comes out th efront of the horn keeps turning and causing the volume to go to "0"

I also set off my alarm unknowingly(no horn) and could not strart the car untill i reset it.

Sorry I was no help.
