These are all common symptoms of a worn ignition switch, electrical portion. Attaches to the lock cylinder with 2 screws. You will need a longish torx 15 screwdriver to access the top column cover screws, remove the top 2, bottom 2, remove cover. Unplug the switch and remove it. When your problem occurs, jiggle the key slightly counter clockwise and if the light goes out, shift lock and signals work, replace the switch. Neutral safety switch has nothing to do with any of these problems.
