I'm with you. Volvo service is not up to my standards. I bought for safety reasons but I believe all the top manufacturers are as good if not better than Volvo now. And their cars don't leave you stranded in eastnowhere. Lexus, Mercedes, BMW - these dealers know how to treat you right and their cars are probably safer than Volvo. This was my first and last Volvo.
