Trunk mounting CD-changer 850 1995

Read several threads about this. Can't see any mounting holes in the floor of my trunk (1995 850). Don't want to put the CD changer anywhere else. I have it hooked up and running fine. It is "protected" by being wrapped in foam and secured in a box (that was embarrassing to write!). Does the bracket PN 3533737 at Volvoworld.com work? Does it attach somewhere else? Do I have to drill holes through the bottom of the trunk?
