Is any one out there having problems with the S-80 & S-80T as far as the ride is concerned. I have 52,000 miles on the car and I just recently replaced the upper motor mount-it was totally gone.

Ever since new, the car has had a rattle that no one has been able to find and now that I am out of warranty, its all my problem.

This is the 4th Volvo I owned and the last. It rides like a lumber wagon in town, feeling every little bump and I believe that is why the mount gave way. ( My 240 has been the best Volvo I've owned)

My next door neighbor, who has an 870, has told of similar problem's with rattles and how he looks in the rear view mirror every time he hits a bump to see if something has fallen off.

I would appreciate some feed back if anyone might have an idea of what could be causing the ever-present rattle.
