NO CHARGE TO HAVE VOLVO SHIP YOUR NEW CAR TO THE STATES TO YOUR DEALER. One does not have to drive the car in Sweden, only look at it as presented to you, and sign the papers to have it shipped to the states. One takes delivery on Friday, and flies back on Sunday or Monday; have to stay on Saturday to avoid the import taxes.
