Georgina,

In addition to those I mentioned, I have also experienced some of your problems as well.

Although I am also extremely dissatisfied, I have not pursued the lemon law. It is not worth the aggravation. I know someone who actually won a lemon law case, but it took a long time. My lease will be finished by the time a lemon law case would be resolved.

I hope things get better for you. For me, I'll just hang in there until lease expiration.
