Awesome! $30 for a high flow air filter is a great price. I spent $60 for my K&N, but I'm happy with it and trust the K&N name. I've had their air filters in two of my old trucks and am very happy with the results.

As far as the fit, the K&N doesn't snap into the airbox, it just sort of sits there. Made me worried at first, but I think if it's centered evenly and the lid of the air box is snapped back on properly, all is fine.
