Dear (right side) wind noisers,

I think I cured the wind noise originating from around the mirror. I applied the instructions of Jose (V70T5).

Tonight I drove up to 170 km/h and it was completely silent!! I hope it will stay like that. If it comes back, I will report it at the forum.

This is what I did (as a layman you can do this yourself):
- Remove the plastic triangle at the inside opposite to the mirror
- Unscrew the bold, the mirror house will come loose
- clean the surfaces
- Apply silicon mass to the whole surface, in particular to the surface where the electrical wires go from the mirror to the car
- Mount everything in reverse order.
After a day redundant silicon mass will fall out on the door, which you have to remove.

That's all. We will see.
