Recommended interval for changing timing belt V70-XC70 1999

Some time during the model year 98 run Volvo switched to a
mechanical camshaft belt tensioner and I think that one has a longer
service life then the older ones using a hydraulic tensioner.
Previously, it was 70K / ~5 years.
