Yup.. I have seen it on all S/V40's I have driven. Some fluid seems to creep through the seal in the cap and spread itself out.

Cleaning it off helps, but it will return after a while again.

I suspect it's only a few drops as it has no effect whatsoever on the amount of fluid in the container.
