Horn Relocation / Quick Question 850 1997

From what I know, it's to let more air into the cooling system, it looks like a radiotor. The horns can be relocated inside the airdam. My friend relocated his there. He said that he couldn't really tell that big of a difference. It supposedly takes only a couple of minutes. You've got nothing to lose and it might make a bit of a diff in HP so might as well try it.
I would but I only have a low pressure turbo... :(
