About 6 months ago my beloved brick as scraped in a coffee shop parking lot. So it was totally the other driver's fault. They had Geico, and Geico called me the next day (on a Sunday) and told me to take my car in to they autobody shop and get it fixed. Fortunately one of their preferred shops was my first choice, so it all worked out nicely.

So, my own experience with Geico was painless. You could ask them what bodyshops they prefer in your geographic area to make sure they don't use chop shops you would not want to take your car to. But they treated me well...
