Extremely Rough Cold Idle 850 1996

Joey,
I would clean the trottle body and would look at the trottle switch. It looks like the car is not holding idle when cold and that is control by this switch. The switch is located next to the trottl plate. The auto parts called it TSP or trottle position sensor.
