Engine protection, when to change oxigen sensor? 850 1993

My 850 GLT has 95k miles on it. Is it time to replace the oxigen sensor? How do i know? What about engine protection? I was thinking about puting Spanjard protection.
Some times when i shift to reverse the gears scratch. Is there a solution?
