The big question is when? The smaller question is how much? Another smaller question is for how long?

If the answers go Always, a lot, and always, this could be a problem.

If the answers go When I start it up on a cold day, a little, and for a few minutes, this is normal.

If the answers go When I put sardines in the tailpipe, some, and depends on how many sardines, you are a sick person.

Elucidate.
