I just returned from

where there is some interesting information about "renewing" O2 sensors.

Not as good as new I know, but may be worth trying. Also, I found reference to the universal Bosch 4-wire sensor, available at auto parts stores for around $40 can be used. Splicing wires to the existing plug will be necessary.
