I had the same problem last fall. It's likely one of three things. 1. charcol canister 2. vacuum leak 3. evap valve(aka purge valve) The valve is the most common failure. Mine has been replaced twice in 90K. The part isn't terribly expensive ($35ish) and not too hard to replace. Working slowly I did mine in about an hour.
