Stuttering acceleration 850

I replaced my fuel filter about a month ago...while trying to solve just this problem before it got worse. I use that Chevron fuel treatment every now and then. I have an ultrasonic cleaner at work....will it damge the injectors if I use it? The engine seems to run fine its just trying to accelerate wuick ly and I don't mean a drag strip start..just what you would want to get across a busy intersection or getting up to speed on 75 mph New Mexico highways.....
Really interested in a recommendation for a fuel pressure gauge that isn't to expensive to buy and fairly easy to hookup.
