I used the same exact settings on my digital camera... no flash, same resolution and sharpness settings, setting the camera on the roof of the car on the front left corner of the sunroof so I had close to the same perspective (oh, and dome lights off, if that made a difference). They were roughly the same time of night, although I guess pitch black night is the same. The stock bulbs may have been yellowing a tad (but they were only a year old), as shown in the "before" picture, but the difference is incredible.
I noticed that my headlights don't adjust side-to-side... I think that mechanism may be broken... but I aimed them the best I could against the shop wall at my mechanic's place.
